NDIS Plan Management Provider

NDIS Approved Plan Coordinators

NDIS Plan Management

Our NDIS plan management providers can support you to manage your NDIS plan, our providers are also known as plan managers. You don’t have to have a plan manager to use the fundings you get from your NDIS plan, but without it, you will be choosing to self-manage your plan.

So why use a plan manager?

A plan manager can show you how to self-manage your plan in the future, it can pay your providers, increase your choice of providers and just increase your financial and budgeting skills. And how do you get a plan manager? You can just tell us that you want a plan manager at your planning meeting, and we’ll be happy to help you.

    NDIS Plan Coordinator Sydney

What is support coordination? Basically, it’s the service of accessing support and services on account of the individual. These support coordinations are split into three levels, which we’ll talk about down below:

    1. Support connection helps the individual by assisting to find and connect with a broader community of providers thus helping you to find the perfect provider for you so you can get the most out of your plan.
    2. Support coordination will help you use your plan efficiently and help you understand how to use it. To quote the website of the official NDIS A support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.”
    3. Specialist support coordination is an upper level of support coordination, which is for individuals who are in situations where they may need special support or their disability/sickness may be more complex. This support is ensured to give consistent service with the best of their abilities.

    What is an NDIS Plan?

If you are eligible for NDIS will receive an NDIS plan automatically. This plan includes the funding the individual might have received in order to support their well-being and independence. The plan and the funding will be based on the necessity of the disability. The plan must also include the individual’s goals and aspirations. The plan should also reflect the participants’ choices and independence over the process.

How to Become a Registered NDIS Plan Manager?

Working with a registered NDIS plan management coordinator is secure and highly important for a customer. Being registered shows that the company has met strict government quality and safety requirements. Firstly, there are a series of steps that should be gone through in order to become a registered NDIS plan manager. First things first you need to fill an online application form in which you would need to provide you company’s detailed information contact details, your key personnel etc. After you submit your online form you will receive an email sent by the NDIS commission, which summarises the registration requirements that apply to your organisation after which you will undergo an audition. After which, the NDIS commission decides the outcome of the audition.

What Does a Plan Manager Do?

The plan managers job is to help you navigate through the NDIS’ system in order to help you get the most out of your funding. Your plan manager can also pay providers on your behalf., take care of the financial reporting that might be needed etc. Even if you have a plan manager, you still have the independence over your plan, so you can choose, arrange and modify your own supports, including service providers.
